Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. This allows us to provide features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our service to make your experience easier.

Modern Wireless uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, dealer portal, and store and to improve those services. The measurements may include a pseudonymous browser and session identifier, general browser and device information, the controlled product area visited, and ecommerce information such as product identifiers, quantities, prices, cart activity, checkout progress, and completed-order totals. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, dealer or user database IDs, payment details, product serial numbers, or order notes to Google Analytics.

Our Analytics configuration is for Modern Wireless measurement, not advertising. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, Google Signals, and advertising features are disabled. Where required for its U.S. state-law service-provider posture, Google Analytics data sharing with Google products and services is disabled and Google processes the information under the applicable data-processing terms.

This website and dealer service are directed only to the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Analytics is on by default for that directed service. You can turn future analytics measurement off or back on at any time using Your Privacy Choices in the footer. We also honor supported browser Global Privacy Control signals as an analytics opt-out. Your choice does not affect account access, shopping, checkout, or purchasing. Turning analytics off stops future measurement but does not retroactively delete measurements collected before the change.

We also request information about you, such as your name, address, phone number and email address ("personally identifiable information"). We seek such information to provide products and/or services that more closely reflect your preferences. In addition, we may use such information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, improve our content and product offerings, and customize our site's content, layout and services.
